• Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: Commissioned artwork is created specifically to your specifications and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a commission has been initiated, a non-refundable deposit is required, and the final payment is due upon completion.
• Approval Process: We work closely with you throughout the creation process, providing regular updates and seeking your approval at key stages to ensure the final artwork meets your expectations.
• Changes and Modifications: Any requests for changes after the final approval may incur additional fees and are subject to the artist's discretion.
