No Returns: All sales of artwork are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
2. Artwork Inspection
In-Gallery Purchase: We encourage all customers to carefully inspect the artwork in person before finalizing a purchase. Our gallery staff is available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have about the artwork.
Online Purchase: For online purchases, please review the images, descriptions, and details carefully before making a decision. We are happy to provide additional information or images upon request.
3. Commissioned Work
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: Commissioned artwork is created specifically to your specifications and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a commission has been initiated, a non-refundable deposit is required, and the final payment is due upon completion.
Approval Process: We work closely with you throughout the creation process, providing regular updates and seeking your approval at key stages to ensure the final artwork meets your expectations.
Changes and Modifications: Any requests for changes after the final approval may incur additional fees and are subject to the artist's discretion.
4. Damaged or Defective Artwork
Reporting Damages: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged artwork and packaging for our review.
Resolution: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit if the artwork is damaged during shipping. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Final Sale Items
No Returns or Exchanges: All items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
